Wow...where does time go? I was looking through some pictures this morning and came across the date on this one and I couldn't believe it's been almost a year because it seems just like yesterday that we took this picture. Last night (as I sat on the couch doing nothing as usual) I was thinking that I haven't done anything productive today. I was still in my p.j's, haven't taken a shower and I don't even think I brushed my hair today :( Then I started thinking about all the stuff I haven't done this week. I did some laundry, washed a few dishes, changed a lot of diapers, took care of Gavin, but nothing too exciting. After awhile I decided to just go to bed. This morning I woke up with a totally different attitude. After looking at this picture I was thinking about all the stuff Mike and I have accomplished this past year. We both had a tough semester, continued working full time plus some, we both moved, got married, bought a car, had a baby, and now back to work and school. After realizing all the stuff we have done this past year I don't feel bad about having a few lazy days :) So...here's to lazy days! We all deserve them, we all need them, and we all have them!
P.S. I am going to shower and change my clothes today :)

I know that feeling, babies just change all of your priorites, doing your own hair doesn't really seem like a necessity. :) I am all about having a few lazy days. Just a little time to re-charge and relax! Enjoy it, cause once they start moving you never a have a seconds rest! :) Horray for 2 year olds!! :)
You do deserve lazy days. I learned not to stress about the small things I don't accomplish, but like you, focus on the big things we accomplish through time. After all, they are the most important. Take lazy days and cherish them. Yea!!! When I have a car, and like you feel like getting ready, Crew wants to visit Gavin.
