What makes you smile?

Gavin is 3 months old now! I can't believe it!! He is getting bigger and bigger every day. I thought I would post a few things that makes Gavin smile :)

Today was so much fun! Julie and Crew came over and we all went swimming :)

We had a good time. I just LOVE my little guy so much!!! Gavin and Daddy are definitely best buds, but I know he enjoys hangin' out with Mommy...

"Mommy did you know..."

Good morning everyone. Today has been another great morning for us and as usual Gavin is so happy! As I was laying in bed playing with our little guy I couldn't help but think of all the millions of things he teaches me daily and how grateful and lucky I am to have him in my life! For all you other moms out there I'm sure you can understand and even add to my list of "Mommy did you know..."

Here are just some of the things Gavin has taught me/told me lately:

"Mommy did you know that time doesn't matter, but when I'm hungry it does. Did you know that my mobile is the coolest thing in the whole world and that my fist DOES taste good! Mommy did you know that if you raise your eye brows it helps you hold your head up higher. Mommy did you know that I don't really need to go to the bathroom every time you change my diaper, but it's fun to watch you duck and dodge :) Mommy did you know that I don't understand a word your saying to me but I smile anyway. And who really needs a chew toy when I've got your shoulder."

I love my little man sooooooooo much!!!!! Hope you all have a good day :)

Just a few things we love...

I know we haven't updated our blog in awhile but that's because I went back to work and we have been so busy trying to fit everything into our crazy schedules. I figured I would share just a few things the Rich Family loves :)

Crayola! We love drawing pictures and writing our ABC's.
We also love making smores in the microwave. (It's not the best, but it's my kind of camping :)

Movie night! Madagascar was Mike and Hayden's favorite movie...it has now become mine and Gavins' :) I'll NEVER forget the night all four of us laid in our room and watched this movie as a family! We can't wait for the second one to come out!
