Our Crazy Boys

Last night Gavin pushed himself all the way across the living room to reach for the puppies. He is seriously fascinated by them :) Buddy and Maggie LOVE the attention they get from Gavin! Jace has been his little watch dog since the day we came home from the hospital. The second Gavin does anything Jace is right there making sure Mike or I know Gavin needs something.

Hayden...what a little character!!! Mike told me that when Hayden went to the doctors for his yearly check up the doctor asked Hayden if he could stand on one foot. Hayden said "yep" and walked over to the doctor and stood on the doctors foot :)

SUPER DAD (AKA MIKE)

I know it's VERY unlike me to post without a picture or two, but I'm at work and I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful my husband is!!! Yesterday he watched Gavin all day while I was working. When I got home the house was picked up, the dishes were cleaned, several loads of laundry were washed, a roast was cooking, Gavin had just gotten out of the bath and a bottle was already made. Mike then went to work until 3 am, which was overtime for him this week. Today he has been up since 7 am watching Gavin again! I know it's not easy being super dad but you sure do a good job at it :) You are the best daddy and husband in the whole world!! :) Thanks for all you help around the house and with Gavin. I love you so much!

Gavin and his Piglett!

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to post a quick little "milestone" story about Gavin :) This morning Gavin and I had to run to Wal-Mart to get a few things. As we were checking out, the cashier lady said "What a cute little girl!" Then she was talking to Gavin and making him smile. She continued to say "I love her smile...." and when we left she said "by princess." Gavin just smiled, I said thank you and we took our stuff and left. I couldn't help but laugh, but I didn't care to correct the cashier. I just thought to myself "just because my son likes to play with Piglett doesn't make him look like a girl does it?" I called Mike at work and told him the funny story and the first thing he said was "that's what you get when you buy him pink toys :)" Oh well...It's been 5 months and she has been the ONLY person to ever call Gavin a girl, so this was definitely a milestone for him :) :)

FYI: Piglett may be pink, but he's a boy!

SUPER GAVIN!!!

I know it's not Halloween yet, but Gavin just got his pictures taken and they are just way too cute to not post today!! :) Also, it must have been the super powers that come from wearing the costume because Gavin rolled over from his tummy to his back today!!! I was so excited :) Mike and I are so in love with this little guy and are so proud of him! We hope you all have a Happy Halloween!

Bowling Night!!!

JoLynn, Maryn, Hayden, Gavin, Mike and I all went bowling one night and we had so much fun! Mike came in FIRST!!! Way to go babe!!
